Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sandracompany.com and any product or service you purchase from Sandra & Co, LLC, including Pegasus, Market Standing reports, and any Pegasus preview. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us.

Who can use this site

This site is for business owners and authorized representatives researching or requesting our services. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business you represent. You agree that any business information you submit, including a business name, website, or phone number, is either your own or that you are authorized to submit it. Running a Pegasus report or preview on a business you do not own or have not been authorized to represent is not permitted.

The interview and waiting list

Sandra & Co takes on a limited number of clients at a time. Requesting an interview does not guarantee acceptance, a specific start date, or that we will find your business a fit for our services. We evaluate every request and will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

Pegasus, Market Standing, and Pegasus previews

Pegasus is a proprietary diagnostic process developed by Sandra & Co. A Market Standing report and any Pegasus preview reflect a point-in-time read of publicly available and business-provided information at the time the report is run. Rankings, review counts, listings, and other factors change constantly and are outside our control; a report reflects conditions as observed at that time, not a permanent or guaranteed state.

Sandra & Co is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, Yelp, or any other third-party platform unless we expressly state otherwise. Those platforms control their own data, rankings, policies, and algorithms, which may change without notice and which we do not control.

Scope of each purchase

The description shown on the applicable product or checkout page forms part of these terms for that purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a report or preview includes only the deliverables identified on that page and does not include implementation, ongoing monitoring, or legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide us. Sandra & Co is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inaccessible information supplied by you or by third parties.

Payments and refunds

Certain products, including a Pegasus preview, require payment at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you agree to the price shown at checkout and authorize the charge on the payment method provided.

Except where required by law, purchases of customized reports, previews, and diagnostic services are non-refundable once work has begun or data collection has commenced. Dissatisfaction with the findings themselves, a change of mind, or buyer's remorse does not by itself create a right to a refund. If Sandra & Co is unable to deliver a purchased service, we will, at our option, correct the issue, reperform the service, or issue a refund of the purchase price. That is your sole remedy for our failure to deliver.

If a payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the payment processor or your financial institution with records relevant to the transaction, including the order, your acceptance of these terms, related communications, and evidence of delivery. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at (954) 290-5177 first and we will work with you directly.

No guaranteed results

Sandra & Co does not guarantee a specific ranking, a specific number of leads, a specific number of reviews, or any other business outcome. We build the systems, plans, and recommendations we believe will help your business; results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your competitors, and your own follow-through. Reports and recommendations are provided for general business and marketing purposes and are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; you remain responsible for your own business decisions and should consult an appropriate licensed professional when needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site or our tools, including not attempting to run our tools an excessive number of times, not attempting to circumvent any rate limit, duplicate-check, or payment requirement, and not submitting false information about a business you do not own or represent.

Intellectual property and your license to use a report

Pegasus, Market Standing, the Sandra & Co name, and the methodology behind our diagnostic process are the property of Sandra & Co. Subject to payment in full, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use a report or preview you purchase for your own business's internal purposes, including sharing it with your own employees, contractors, or advisers. You may not resell, publish, white-label, use to train a competing tool, or otherwise commercially distribute any report or our underlying methodology without our written permission.

Confidentiality

You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide us. You grant Sandra & Co a limited license to access, copy, analyze, and use those materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain our records, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We will treat information you mark or clearly intend as confidential accordingly, except for information that is already public, already known to us, independently developed by us, lawfully obtained from a third party, or that we are required to disclose by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and our services are provided "as is." We use reasonable professional judgment and the information available to us in preparing reports and recommendations. However, public data, platform rankings, listings, and third-party records may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice, and we do not warrant that every data point in a report will remain current or that third-party information is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra & Co disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding this site or our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra & Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data arising from these terms or our services. Sandra & Co's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our site or services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sandra & Co harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of this site or our tools, your violation of these terms, or your submission of a business you were not authorized to submit for a report or preview.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

General provisions

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. These terms and our Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and Sandra & Co regarding this site and our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Changes apply going forward from that date; the terms in effect at the time you purchase a one-time product generally govern that purchase, except for changes required by law. Continued use of this site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
