This policy explains what information Sandra & Co, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects through sandracompany.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. If something here is unclear, call us at (954) 290-5177 and ask.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Your name, business name, business website (if any), phone number, and email address, when you request an interview, request a Pegasus preview, or otherwise submit a form on this site.
- Details you choose to write in an open text field, such as a description of what happens when your business misses a call.
- If you purchase a paid product from us (such as a Pegasus preview), payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have the ability to view your full card number.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, to protect our tools from abuse and keep them working for everyone. This is described further under Security below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your interview request and evaluate whether Sandra & Co is a fit for your business.
- To run any Pegasus report or preview you have requested and deliver the results to you.
- To contact you about your submission or purchase, by phone, text, or email.
- To prevent abuse of our tools, including blocking repeated or fraudulent submissions.
- To improve this website and the services we offer.
We use your information only to communicate with you about Sandra & Co and to promote Sandra & Co's own services to you. We do not sell your information, we do not rent or license it to other companies, and we do not use it to advertise to you on other websites.
How we contact you by phone or text
By submitting a form on this site, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email to respond to your request, schedule an interview, or deliver a service you purchased. Message and data rates may apply. We will only send you marketing or promotional messages if permitted by law or if you separately agree to receive them, and you can ask us to stop marketing texts or emails at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Who we share it with
We share information with the vendors that help us run this site and deliver our services. Today that includes our website hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) and, for paid products, our payment processor (Stripe, once payment features are active). These providers may process information on our behalf, subject to their own security and privacy practices, to operate, secure, and deliver this website and the services you request.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other company for their own marketing use, and we will not do so in the future. The only exceptions are the narrow circumstances required by law: to comply with a subpoena or court order, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect the rights or safety of Sandra & Co or others, or to obtain professional advice from our own attorneys or accountants.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party advertising pixels. Our hosting, security, form, and payment providers may use limited cookies or similar technology as necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the website and the services you request. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep the information you submit for as long as Sandra & Co is in business, so we can continue to serve you and maintain our business, accounting, and tax records. If Sandra & Co ever closes, we will delete or de-identify the information we hold rather than sell or transfer it to another company.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (954) 290-5177. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to keep certain records by law. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect the information submitted through this site, including rate-limiting and abuse-prevention systems on our tools. No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
